Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

By visiting our park, you must follow park’s policies and restrictions.

RESTRICTIONS

– Children under 4 years old will not able to do the Zipline, ATV, Buggy Horseback Riding,Canyoning, MTB, Tarzan Swing activities.
– Pregnant women will not be able to do the activities.
– The weight limit for Zipline, Horseback Riding and Canyoning activities is 115 kg or 250 lbs.
– People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be able to take the tour.
– It is not recommended that people with physical disabilities such as: Vision or hearing problems or illnesses such as: Diabetes, hyperventilation, pressure or heart problems, or people with recent surgery take the tours.
– The minimum age to drive the vehicles in the ATV Tour is 18 years old, children from 4 years to 8 years old must go in a Buggy and children from 9 years to 17 years old must go in a Double ATV.
– The minimum age to do the Canyoning Tour is 11 years old.
– 4 hours ATV Tour: Clients must bring a driver’s license.
– All safety implements must be used at all times of the tour according to the activity, such as helmets, harness, glove…

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellations must be notified through the following channels: Email: [email protected] / [email protected] WhatsApp: (506) 8342-3683
2. Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour time will not be penalized and a 95% refund will be made. If the cancellation is made after 24 hours of the tour date, there will be no refund.
3. For groups larger than 10 people, a 48 hours cancellation policy applies
4. If the client does not show up for the tour, it will be taken as a NO SHOW and the advance amount will not be refunded
5. There will be no cancellation due to bad weather, so the tour will take place even in rainy and/or cloudy weather. Except in the event of an electrical storm or torrential rain, the tour may be cancelled or suspended
6. There will be NO REFUNDS if any portion of the tour gets canceled by rain or any other situation out of our control
7. Once the waiver is signed at Check-in, there will be no refund of money
8. Once the tour has started there will be no refund of money
9. In case you do not follow the instructions of the guides´ and for contempt I put your integrity, of the other participants or of the guides at risk and you will be removed from the tour and no refund applies.

RULES & REGULATIONS YOU MUST FOLLOW DURING THE ATV TOUR

  1. You must follow the guide´s instructions at all times, and must use your safety helmet on the tour.
  2. Always keep in the line behind the guide, it is not permitted to pass the guide at any time.
  3. Do not try to do tricks with the vehicle such as: JUMPS, WHEELIES OR SLIDES.
  4. Always keep a safe distance between you and the vehicle in front, if you crash, hit another vehicle or flip over, you have to pay for any damages.
  5. When stopping, make sure to use both brakes (front and rear.)
  6. Do not put your feet on the fenders, you could break them.
  7. We remind you that once you have started the tour and taken the practice course, you are fully responsable for the vehicle and you will be charged for any damages that may occur to it. If you do not feel comfortable driving the vehicle after the test track, we recommend not to take unnecessary risks.
