The Vista Los Suenos Extreme Waterfall Canyoning offers an exhilarating adventure that combines elements of hiking, rappelling, and swimming in the breathtaking natural landscapes of the country.

The journey begins with professional guides that equip you with safety gear, including a helmet, harness, and specialized rappelling equipment. Prepare for a 15-minute tractor ride in the lush rainforests of Costa Rica. You will then take a 20-minute scenic hike through dense foliage, accompanied by the symphony of tropical birds and the rustle of leaves.
During this hike, you will find some step areas as well as some steps. Upon arrival at the first platform, you will get all the safety instructions and start with our first descent into the canyon, guided by experienced instructors who ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Extreme Canyoning Restrictions:
The level of difficulty is high.
Minimum age: 12 years
You will have to be able to climb stairs.
You will have to hike for about 20 minutes.
Your clothes and shoes will get totally wet.
Hiking shoes are not allowed.
To participate in the canyoning, we recommend you have a sense of adventure.
