Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, the best is that you book ahead of time, to guaranty your space, you can book online, by phone or email.
What time is the Park open?
We open from 7:00 am and close around 5:00 pm.
Should I bring a camera?
You can but it’s under your one responsibility, we take professional photos on all the tours and you can view them at the end.
What happens if it rains?
Rain is normally a problem only from July to November, so if you come during these months try to book your tours in the morning.
Are tours canceled if it rains?
If there is lightning, strong winds or torrential rain, we will put the tour on hold and wait for it to clear, if you do not want to wait, or there is no time, you can reschedule the tour to another day.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are normally made if you cancel the tour 24 hours prior to the tour.
Is there a place to eat at the Park?
Yes, our Restaurant el Bosque serves amazing food every day, breakfast starts at 7:00 am, buffet lunch starts at 11:00 am, and in the afternoon you can find fast food, typical food, we also have specials like 2×1 on cocktails and beers.
Is there a place to shower and change after the tours?
Yes, we have showers and changing rooms.
Where can I park my car?
We have safe parking for you to leave your car during the tours.
Where can I leave my stuff?
We have lockers at the park free of charge, you just have to leave a $10 deposit, that is returned when you return the key.
Is there a souvenir shop at the Park?
Yes, we have a Britt Shop where you can find the best souvenirs of your experience.

When is the best time to book this tour?
The best id to book a morning tour at 8:00 am, since its cooler and there is more chance to see wildlife.
Do I have to do much hiking?
No, we actually have a tractor that will take you up to the first platform.
What is the weight limit for the Canopy Zipline?
The limit is 260 pounds, but if you are more than 6ft and weigh more than 260 pounds you will be fine.
What do I wear for the tour?
Closed-toe shoes, and light clothes
What happens if I start the tour and do not want to continue?
If this happens, there are several ways to abandon the zip line tour and go back down on the tractor (we will not refund the tour is this happens)
Are kids safe on the tour?
Yes, we take kids from 4 years on, and they use a special full-body harness.
How high are the platforms? 
We start from the ground and the highest point is about 100ft
How safe is the Canopy Zipline?
This is one of the safest tours, our certified guides will make sure you are safe during the tour.
Can I do the tour if I am afraid of heights?
Yes, we get people afraid of heights all the time, we will help you out at all times.

Do I have to brake on the tour?
Yes, the correct position is one hand on the cable, but if you do not brake, the guides control your speed when you come into the platform.
Will there be snacks on the tour?
The guide will have water and we include tropical fruits at the end.

Are the horses on the tour friendly?
Yes, the horses are very mellow, and you do not need any experience to do the tour.
What do I wear for the tour?
Closed-toe shoes, long pants (swimming clothes can go under your clothes since we do not have a changing room at the waterfalls)
Can we run with the horses?
No, we do not allow you to run on the horses
How big is the waterfall?
It’s about 2 meters and the is a big natural swimming pool,
How long is the hike to the waterfalls?
It’s a 10-minute short hike, with only about 10 steps
Can we jump in the waterfalls?
We do not recommend to jump, but there are areas that you can do so.

How old do you have to be to drive?
You need to be 16 years or older to drive.
Do I need a credit card for the vehicle deposit?
Yes, we ask for a VISA or Mastercard to participate on the ATV Tour
Am I responsible for the damages to the vehicle?
Yes, once you pass the test track, you are responsible for damages to your vehicle.
What do I wear for the tour?
Closed-toe shoes, and light clothes, (clothes and shoes will get really dirty on this tour and swimming clothes can go under your clothes since we do not have a changing room at the waterfalls)
Can kids do the ATV tour?
Yes, kids from 4 to 8 have to ride in a buggy and from 9 on they can ride on a double ATV.
Are the vehicles easy to drive?
Yes they are automatic and you will take a test drive on our private track, so you can get a  hang of it before the tour.

If I have difficulty walking, can I participate in this tour?
Yes, if you like we can take you directly up to the chocolate station, so you do not have to walk too much.
What is this tour about?
On this tour, you will get a short nature walk and then you will learn how to prepare chocolate (the artisanal way) directly from the fruit
How long is the walk?
its just a 300mt long trail, most of the tour is done at the chocolate station
Will I be able to eat chocolate?
Yes, during the tour you will be able to try the chocolate paste, the drink of the goods (hot cocoa) fruits with chocolate, and chocolate samples of all kinds

What is Canyoning?
The Canyoning Tour is traveling in the canyon of the river, using a variety of techniques that include walking, scrambling, jumping, abseiling (rappelling), and swimming.
How long is the tour?
The tour takes about 4 hours
Is this tour difficult?
The difficulty level of this tour is MEDIUM / HIGH, you need to be able to hike about 15 minutes, cline stairs and swim.
Is Canyoning the same as Rappelling?
Yes on this tour you rappel down the Canyon of the river.
Am I going to get wet on this Tour?
Yes, you get completely wet on the tour, but we are in the tropics so you should never be too cold.
Will there be snacks on the tour?
Yes, guides will have fruits, energy bars and water on the tour (it also includes lunch.
What happens if I start the tour and do not want to continue?
If this happens, we would try to evacuate you on the closes exit (we will not refund the tour is this happens)
